SMART Technology Challenges
SMART Technology has been around for several years and yet it is still a concept that isn’t fully understood. MiX have worked with several clients to work through what incorporating SMART technology could mean for them.

– It’s critical to identify the right lead and get the correct departments involved to coordinate SMART activities.
– Once SMART technology is installed, how do they extract and interpret the data in ways that are meaningful and informs decision making.
– Clients are concerned about IT Security, particularly in the financial sector, and how they can incorporate SMART in a safe way into their portfolio.
MiX has used a process which incorporates the user experience to work through these challenges and to narrow down what SMART technology is necessary and beneficial for their business.
