Building Sustainable Relationships

As part of recent reflections on whether we are achieving what we set out to do six years ago, we took a look at the core MiX values. Our final value is to ‘sustain relationships with clients, technology partners, and professional practices.’

We are incredibly proud of the relationships we have built over the last six years. Working collaboratively, as part of a team, in a non-contractual way, was key to the way we wanted to run our business. Our fantastic repeat order business with both clients and the rest of the professional team across all disciplines is a testament to this. Similarly, we work hard to develop relationships with our technology partners and work together to ensure that we are always at the forefront of industry developments.

An example of where we have developed a great working relationship with a client is our relationship with an online British retailer. Over the past four years, MiX has delivered several projects in London and Leavesden for this client, and we are currently working on a project for them in Lichfield. We believe our client has benefited from this long-term relationship, as we know their business, policies, and requirements and this has streamlined the design process.
